iBall Slide 7271-HD70 voice calling 3G tablet out for Rs 8299

A new 3G voice calling tablet dubbed iBall Slide 7271-HD70 has been launched for Rs 8299. Just like the other iBall offerings in the Slide Performance series, this one is pretty unremarkable too and has the low price as its USP.

The new iBall tablet is actually a successor to the 3G 7271 HD7. It is more of an incremental update to its predecessor and improves on the RAM and memory fronts. The device has a 1.3GHz dual core processor which may have Cortex written all over it just like the exiting model.

A 7-inch screen of 1024 x 600p resolution is spread across the device’s front and sitting above this is a VGA camera for video calling. Flip it onto its face and and you will be able to see a 2MP lens accompanied by a LED flash unit on its back.
