With its price set at Rs 6,599, the iBall Andi 4 IPS Tiger its looking to enter the ever-so challenging segment which is currently being dominated by the Motorola Moto E. But despite its adoption of a quad core processor, this device has remained content with the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS which will diminish its chances of posing the Motorola handset a threat.
The Andi 4 IPS Tiger has been granted a 4″ 800 x 480 pixel display which possesses a pixel density of 233ppi. Its operations are fueled by a 1.3GHz Cortex A7 processor featuring four cores. What’s interesting is the fact that iBall has decided to offer the phone in two variants: one bearing 512MB of RAM and the other, 1GB.
The storage needs of the Andi 4 IPS Tiger will be satisfied by 4GB ROM, out of which, around 2GB will be available for usage. But the presence of a microSD card slot will ensure that users can expand its storage till up to 32GB. While the specific details of its front camera haven’t been mentioned, its rear snapper has been revealed to kick in a 5MP sensor.
Its maker has loaded this 3G-capable phone with a special user interface offering multiple themes to suit its users’ desires. Lastly, this device will be able to receive FM radio signals as well as record calls automatically.
