A slim and trim HTC Ville leaked picture has made its way to the web. The sleek handset is said to be powered by the new Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and supposedly measures as thin as 8mm.

PocketNow got its hands on a shot of this stylish mobile device which is believed to be the thinnest one to come from HTC’s stable. It reportedly operates on a 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon Series 4 processor and comes equipped with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display featuring qHD resolution.

The Ville handset is apparently embedded with an 8MP rear facing camera possessing the advanced quality lens and sensor that most of the new generation of HTC handsets sport. The camera should allow users to capture videos in 1080p HD.

The forthcoming smartphone is most likely to be integrated with Beats audio which seems to have now become a regular feature for HTC phones. It is also speculated to employ the new HTC Sense 4.0 user interface which will make it the first handset to boast of the new generation interface as most other HTC phones are currently incorporated with the 3.5 version.

The HTC Ville will most probably be making its debut appearance at the Mobile World Congress which is to be held in mid-February next year. It is rumored to start retailing from April 2012 and will reportedly be the third HTC smartphone to arrive next year along with the HTC Zeta and HTC Edge.
