After a hangar full of leaks, the HTC One mini has eventually landed on some concrete ground and we must admit, it fits our expectations almost perfectly. HTC was spotted saying that its flagship’s compact variant has been infused with technologies that had earlier dragged the 4.7-inch handset under the spotlight.
We have two words for this statement – UltraPixel camera. It may not be the only attribute which the HTC One mini shares with its larger sibling, but it could count amongst the highlighted qualities. So this implies that the upcoming phone’s camera too will soak in 300 percent more light that any conventional smartphone’s snapper, while it will also feature Zoe.
Agreeing with previous rumors, the smartphone can be seen boasting of a 4.3-inch screen with HD resolution. As for the inbuilt processor, a dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU clocked at 1.4GHz is present under the hood along with 1GB of DDR2 RAM and Adreno 305 graphics.
16GB worth of internal memory has been made available with no additional expandability option. The Android handset flaunting the Sense UI, also puts forth the benefits of BlinkFeed and BoomSound. Moreover, it has been crafted to display a sleek aluminum unibody with blunt corners and is splashed in hues of glacial silver and stealth black just like the flagship.
Look forward to the One mini arriving in the market sometime during August. If it doesn’t surface next month, then it will most definitely be made available by September.
