Images and specifications of the HTC Firestone were revealed earlier. However, they proved to be fake. Now, there is a new image of this mysterious phone doing the rounds.
According to Ubergizmo, in this latest image, the phone sports a silver-meshed speaker at the bottom corner. This device apparently has a touchscreen.
Reportedly, the phone will have GSM, 3.5G and a 3.6” WVGA display with 800 x 400 resolution. It will run on Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system and will possess a 600MHz CPU, 256MB RAM and microSD. Bluetooth 2.1 EDR will be present for easy file transfers. It will arrive with WiFi B/G and aGPS plus an accelerometer. There will be an 8 MP camera to take clear images. Finally, there will be a 3.5mm audio connector.
If these specifications and the image turn out to be true then this device could be HTC’s apt replacement for the Touch HD.
