HTC decides to conquer more territories. The company plans on expanding on its forte by entering the Chinese market. The HTC brand backpacks four enticing new smartphones as it readies to embark on its journey to the country. The company brings four handsets from its portfolio namely Wildfire, Desire, Tianxi and Tianyi to China.
These devices come loaded with the HTC Sense user interface and use the SCDMA technology, which is said to be the foremost wireless standard in the country. The company will be joining hands with China Mobile as their network partners for current as well as future phones. The handsets will be out on the distribution arena through GOME Electrical Appliances Holding which is touted to be the largest electronics distributors in China.

Since 2003 HTC has been present in China by partnering with mobile operators in China. HTC claims to be dedicated to produce TD-SCDMA-enabled handsets for its Chinese consumers. The company’s CEO Peter Chou, stated that the pace of mobile innovation globally is moving at an extraordinary pace and we are excited to be bringing many of our most innovative phones to China, the largest and most sophisticated mobile market in the world.
