The specifications of the HP iPAQ K3 Obsidian were revealed previously. According to GSMArena, most of the phone features remain the same with the exception of the screen, which was previously listed as 2.8 inches and is now reportedly 2.46 inches.
The device possesses a 320 x 240 pixel AMOLED touchscreen and a QWERTY keyboard. However, the resolution is only QVGA. It also arrives with a stylus. The HP iPAQ K3 runs on a 528 MHz CPU with 256 RAM and 512MB ROM.
Connectivity-wise the Obsidian is equipped with GPS facility, WiFi capability, Bluetooth 2.0 for easy file transfers, microUSB and 3.5mm audio jack so that headphones can be plugged in easily. The internal storage can be expanded with the help of a microSD card slot.
Additionally, there is a 3.2 MP camera for taking pictures which differs from the previously given camera specification. This handset is going to be powered by Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. It is most probably going to be launched by AT&T.
The release date is said to be November 30. There is no information about the pricing.
