Android has received another Google app in the form of the freshly released Google Offers for Android mobile app. Users of Android smartphones can now shop and brose through the best deals of the day while on the move through this app.
This application keeps users informed about the best offers in their area as per individual interests. Bargain hunters are enabled to purchase offers with a few clicks and redeem offers with select merchants as well without the hassle of dealing with various coupons and papers.
Similar to the Google Shopper app, Google Offers for Android lets users access daily deals from local businesses and if the deal appeals to them, it can be bought instantly. Notifications and alerts regarding the offers and the related expiry dates are delivered to users each day by this software that was launched in June this year. 
Users can easily organize and manage purchased items and saved offers through the app on their Android phones. According to the Google Mobile blog, deals can be redeemed without having to take print outs and waste paper. The app comes in a size of 1.4MB and needs Android 2.1 or above to run. Google Offers for Android now joins the other popular daily deal apps such as Groupon and LivingSocial.
The Google Offers mobile app can now be downloaded for free from the Android Market. As per the blog, this application is expected to arrive for iOS soon.
