The Google Nexus 7 pre-order shipping information is here for all those who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Jelly Bean tablet. Given the increasing demand, the Mountain View-based company intends to ship them out as soon as possible.
According to the latest announcement, as soon as the device is shipped to the concerned buyers, notifications will be sent to them via Google Play. The update will tag along a shipping tracking number as well. All orders placed on or before July 13 are expected to be processed and delivered soon.
“Below are more specific details by country for devices ordered through July 13. If the below information is not true for you, and you ordered on or before July 13, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate,” states a post on the official Google Play support page.
Bookings made after July 13 will be shipped as per the allotted time frame and the required details will be revealed thereafter. In terms of the US, those who have ordered for standalone 8GB slabs without additional accessories like the Nexus Q, case and charger, should have already received their gadgets.
By July 19, all standalone 16GB tablet orders made up to July 11 will be delivered to the respective consumers via overnight shipping schedules. As per the Google Nexus 7 pre-order shipping status, orders placed after July 11 will be sent by the end of next week, also through overnight shipping.
Those who’ve pre-ordered the tablet along with peripherals should receive the devices sometime this week. In certain cases, the accessories will be shipped after the tablet is delivered. Potential users in the UK need to wait till July 20 for their 8GB tablets.
The 16GB gadgets pre-ordered on or before June 30 should be disbursed by July 20. The rest of the bookings made after June 30 will be shipped next week. Buyers in Australia will receive the devices by July 19. Interested parties in Canada can expect to lay hands on the 16GB variants in 1 to 2 weeks.
