Mobile phone users can now enjoy improved Image Search results on Google. Following, the Image Search results’ update for the iPhone and Android phones, Google has now introduced new search results for other phones as well.
According to the official Google blog, the new Image Search results pages are also available in 38 diverse languages. The image results are tightly packed, making best possible use of the screen space on the mobile phone. The new image search result facilitates users to scan eight to fourteen images on a single results page.
On clicking a particular image, the user is directed to a details page that provides a bigger thumbnail. Reportedly, it also provides an option of either visiting the web page or viewing the image in full size.
Further, the navigation of the search results’ images is enhanced and features next and previous links, easing the task of routing. All these features packaged together would apparently make browsing and searching for images on the mobile phone more fast and effortless.
Users can avail the updated version from their handsets by logging on to Google from their mobile browser and clicking on the ‘Images’ tag. Apparently, searching images on mobile phones could not be easier than this.
