Gmail mobile app now features undo bar for four key actions

Gmail Mobile Undo More often than not, users erroneously delete crucial messages or label them incorrectly, requiring them to browse through long Trash list or removing the wrong label. To provide an innovative solution, Google recently revised its Gmail service for mobile web browsers and now permits users to undo four key functions.

According to a post on the official Google Mobile blog, Gmail mobile users can handily undo four varied actions such as delete, archive, remove or add a label and move a message/conversation. On performing one of these actions, Gmail showcases a yellow bar that effectively recaps what users just did and promptly enables undoing it.

The yellow display bar provided by the app, does not change its position even if users navigate from one screen to another. So, if someone doesn’t catch their error in time then they’d still be allowed to undo it later.

All Android and iOS device owners can try it out by accessing the Gmail web service.
