Garmin-Asus nuvifone G60 The highly anticipated Garmin-Asus nuvifone G60 is rumored to be launched in June, reports Electronista. The phone was talked about in 2008 and since then its launch has been repeatedly delayed.

Reportedly, the G60 will run on Linux operating system and comes with GPS capabilities. The phone is said to sport a navigation screen similar to the ones found on most of the nuvi devices. It is believed to support HSPA 3G network and Wi-Fi.

Apparently, the nuvifone G60 comes with complete integration between mapping and Internet. It emphasizes particularly on a social networking component called Ciao! that links mapping information from various social networks. Supposedly, users will benefit from Nuvifone’s GPS capabilities and the phone is also rumored to be available via AT&T.

Well, it may not be the perfect time to launch this phone as the new iPhone is expected to arrive during this time.
