Garmin-Asus M20 offered by AT&T

Garmin Asus M20 After being part of several rumors, it is now believed that Garmin-Asus M20 will be offered by US based carrier AT&T. According to Pocket-lint, a representative at the M20 Taiwanse launch hinted that the device will be soon heading to AT&T.

This mobile phone was apparently made public by local mobile network provider CHT (Chughwa Telecom) in Hong Kong recently. It will be offered together with the well known Apple iPhone 3GS and the HTC Hero. Supposedly, the device will be provided with numerous plans including some highly subsidized ones.

Some swirling rumors state that the handset will comprise of a nice 2.8″ display along with a number of features. It will incorporate a 4GB/8GB built in memory. Reportedly it will be a smartphone with exclusive navigation functionality.

The Garmin-Asus is currently available in the Taiwanse market for approximately £330 or $545 but excluding the subsidies. So far there is no word from an official source confirming the news but users can expect AT&T to reveal these highly rumored devices soon.
