Real estate enthusiasts and users searching for a home can easily find required information with a new application called the Apartment Guide. It is a free application that allows users of iPhone and iPod touch to easily search, view, call and email apartment listings.
Launched in October 2008, this leading application has been featured in one of Apple’s iPhone television advertisements and has achieved over 230,000 downloads. The application rolled out an updated version with better search service and over 30,000 apartment listings across the U.S. in March, 2009.

It checks consumer feedback to offer better user experience. The company has plans to offer an enhanced application with advanced features like better search, mapping and sorting functionality in June, 2009.
The application Guide is offered to iPhone and iPod touch via the Apple App Store.
