F480 Games Edition unveiled by Samsung

Samsung F480 Games Edition phone Samsung had a huge success with the launch of the Samsung F480 with more than 5 million units being sold worldwide under several names such as Samsung Tocco, Samsung TouchWiz or Samsung F488. Now the newest edition of this phone, as stated by Unwired View, is apt for gamers and is called the Samsung F480 Games Edition.

This Games Edition phone has five full games pre-installed which include “Who wants to be a Millionaire 2009”, “Millenium Poker”, “Pacman”, “Dr. Brain” and “Bejewelled Twist”. The phone also packs in the features of the original phone like a QVGA touchscreen display, 5MP autofocus camera for clear pictures, Bluetooth and HSDPA connectivity for easy file transfers.It has other widely used features like FM, clock, calendar and Profiles. With the help of the ‘Drop and Drag’ technology, widgets can be selected from the left panel of the screen and dropped anywhere on the homescreen. The Samsung TouchWIZ also sports a large 2.8” TFT LCD display screen and has 240MB internal memory expandable up to 8 GB by means of a microSD memory card slot, MPEG4 video recording and also offers multi-format video playback with editing functions.

Samsung F480 Games Edition is set to be available from mid-June in Europe for a price of €399.
