CES 2009 witnessed a disposable Pre paid Wrist watch phone. Wrist phones are increasingly becoming popular since they are quite affordable. Such conceptual phones are highly portable as you don’t have to carry them; you just need to wear them instead.
The disposable concept phone designed by Shirley A. Roberts is one of the most basic devices wrapped with basic functions. It has a small screen and has a 14-key keypad for dialing purpose. The screen size is obviously small and will not suffice your need for videos or image viewing. Users will also not be able to text anyone as it lacks the alpha numeric keypad.
People may just start wearing cellphones on their wrist instead of a watch considering it to be a fashionable style. For women it can be a multi-purpose device, a watch, bracelet and a cellphone all in one. Looks wise the phone really looks attractive and its white color may attract many. It packs in a matching white colored headset too.
The disposable Pre paid phone will soon be available. Its pricing details are not revealed but you can surely afford this phone in these tough times.
