This new version brings rich features like Scan & Copy, Instant Database access and lets customers manage files on a corporate network, print documents and send faxes.
With the new version, users can scan documents using their smartphone’s camera. Thus, turning your smartphone into a mobile scanner to copy, print, save or send documents via e-mail. It also ensures that all the important data is backed up and offers an uninterrupted experience to users in terms of communication and documentation.
Equipped with a PDF creator, The Cortado Corporate Server 4.0 provides users the ability to create and send write-protected PDF files directly from their smartphones. Another improvement included in this new version is that it allows users to retrieve reports from any database. Moreover, users can initiate, print, fax or send reports through emails.
