Chinese smartphone brand Coolpad has launched the Note 5 smartphone with 4GB RAM and a 4010mAh battery in India. The device will be sold exclusively through the Amazon India website from October 20 in black and gold color variants.
The most notable feature of the Note 5 is its 4GB RAM that works in combination with an octa core 1.5GHz Snapdragon 617 processor. Coolpad claims that this system makes the phone the fastest in its category. It also hosts 32GB of internal memory to store applications and data. This hoarding space can be expanded up to 64GB.
The Note 5 is juiced by a whopping 4010mAh battery that claims to last for more than two days on standby. The powerhouse is also said to provide 20 hours of talk time. It is supplemented with quick charge technology for those always on the go.
A fingerprint sensor is present on the rear of the Note 5, directly below the 13MP main camera. Both the lenses on the handset are accompanied by flash. The device has support for 4G VoLTE and dual SIM.
Just like the Coolpad Max, the Note 5 also has dual account support for applications like WhatsApp and Facebook. The phone is said to have a multi-screen feature, but the brand has not given any confirmation on this.
