Chords for iTunes launched by iPlayMusic

iPlaymusic Logo iPlayMusic has recently launched a brand new service called Chords for iTunes. This kind of service has never been created before and allows users to synchronize the chords, music and lyrics of their favorite iTunes songs. Furthermore, these are displayed on video for easy playback and learning.

The 26 chord videos will be available for free on the Mac during the beta phase of this service. These videos are for popular songs from artists such as Green Day, James Taylor, Jimmy Buffett, Matchbox 20, White Stripes and more. During Fall, an expanded selection of videos will be introduced.

“For most music hobbyists and musicians, the only thing that beats listening to their favorite music on iTunes is being able to play along with it,” commented Quincy Carroll, chief executive officer at iPlayMusic. “Whether you are learning to play an instrument for the first time, trying to advance your musical skills, or just looking for new songs to enjoy with family and friends, our chord videos can be both fun and instructional.”

The iPlayMusic software runs on patent-pending technology and it perfectly synchronizes each video with a chosen song. The tempo of the song can be adjusted while maintaining the pitch to allow users to learn at a pace they are comfortable at.

Proprietary production techniques enable users to quickly add videos to the iPlayMusic Download Store. Additionally, all chord videos are optimized for mobile devices. These videos can be viewed on Apple TV and mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPod Touch, thanks to the easy export features of the software.
