Cellular South to be C Spire Wireless, will offer additional services too

Come Monday and Cellular South will relaunch itself as C Spire Wireless, offering new personalized wireless services. The company claims to be the only wireless provider offering custom-made services. It intends to offer its users unique personalization in apps, content game-changing products and services that are designed keeping their individual preference in mind.

C Spire will also be recommending users the right combination of wireless technology options, which the company will tailor, based on the requirements of each individual. The entire personalized experience will be a mix of different systems, programs and services offered by the company. With help from its Pulse system, C Spire can understand and build better relationships with users to deliver as per their technology needs.

“We have entered a new era in wireless – an era centered on broadband networks, mobile computing devices and now personalized services. The multimedia features, in this personalized service, include Scout, what essentially is an app finder that will give users suggestions for what apps to download, as per their interests and requirements. Next is the Percs program through which users can achieve reward points by sharing their views on the company’s community social forum or by joining-in the Scout program. This is another way for C Spire to connect with their users and cater to their demands.

Plus, with social networking becoming the main-stay for wireless users, C Spire has developed programs to directly interact with their customers via Facebook and Twitter. It also aims to arm users with a technology, to enjoy seamless connection and control of a number of gadgets including devices like TVs, DVRs, digital cameras, cars and even refrigerators.

Cellular South or should we say soon to be C Spire Wireless’ agenda clearly spells personalized services and they’re going to come into effect from September 26, 2011.
