C7000A Cardiograph Handset Announced by Qiao Xing

Qiao Xing logo Qiao Xing Universal Telephone’s major operating subsidiary CEC Telecom Co., Ltd. (CECT) has introduced its latest C7000A cardiograph mobile phone.

The C7000A features 3.0-inch LCD screen, memory storage of up to 500 names in the phone book and more than 120 days of standby battery life.

Furthermore, it includes a cardiograph function that enables consumers to perform a basic cardiograph. They can even send its details to doctors through MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) with the help of a GPRS network.

Wu Zhi Yang, Vice Chairman of XING, stated “We dedicate a large amount of resources to our efforts to develop highly differentiated handsets. The C7000A is a result of these efforts. It represents a breakthrough in the use of mobile handset technology. No longer are handsets only tools for entertainment and communication. We have been able to incorporate a piece of advanced medical technology that could possibly save lives. It is this kind of differentiating handset feature that we continually strive to offer to our customers in China.”

After receiving the cardiograph, doctors can also send text messaging that gives medical advice, if needed, to the patient’s mobile phone. And doctors could also call them directly, if they notice any serious issue that needs to be discussed.

The company has offered the 200 trial C7000A Cardiograph Handset to The People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China. They will gift this mobile phone to their VIP customers.
