Blackberry Tour to be available even without a camera

Blackberry Tour Camera Although majority of gadget lovers own a camera phone, there is still a need for phones without a camera. According to Engadget Blackberry Tour has come up with a version without a camera. Such phones are preferred by the white-collared, high-security businessmen.

Some of the features of the smartphone include the 480 x 360 pixel screen that presents a clear, bright view. It offers an enhanced media player and includes 256 MB built-in memory. Moreover, the handset supports Blackberry App World and also encompasses an integrated GPS.

The dimensions of the sleek Blackberry Tour handset are 112mm x 62mm x 14.2mm and weighs 130 grams. Additionally, it incorporates a 35 key backlit QWERTY keyboard along with integrated speaker. Users can also synchronize iTunes music and playlists from the device.

Verizon would be introducing the camera-less version of the handset concurrently with the standard Tour handset. The Blackberry Tour handset is offered at $199.99 on contract, like that of the one with a camera.
