AT&T and Motorola have announced the availability of the Motorola Backflip with Motoblur through AT&T in March. Motoblur offers AT&T users an enhanced way to connect to their dear ones, content and applications. The device brings Motorola’s exclusive Android experience that syncs contacts, posts, messages, photos and more from varying sources like Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Gmail, Picasa, and work and personal e-mail.

AT&T’s 3G network offers added advantage while Backflip sports a unique form-factor with an original reverse flip design, roomy keyboard and Backtrack touch panel. Motoblur enables users to flip through messages and updates on the device and respond in a flash, without the need to log in and out of applications.

Backflip is the first Motorola device to offer the Backtrack feature, allowing AT&T users quicker navigation through Web sites, menus, etc. The device is attributed with full HTML browser, 3.1-inch touchscreen display, access to Android Market, 5 MP camera and flash.

The Motorola Backflip is said to be available on March 7 through AT&T retail locations nationwide or at wireless.att.com for $99.99 after $100 mail-in rebate, two-year agreement and required smartphone data plan.
