Active Storage has released the Active Viewer 1.1 which is an enhanced version of the Active Viewer iPhone app. This app has been designed to let users monitor their Active Storage high-performance RAID systems across the world directly through the iPhone.
Well, the app is said to be updated with input from the numerous users that rely on Active Storage for their professional data storage needs.
“Being able to monitor critical storage systems directly from an iPhone has been a huge hit with our customers,” said Alex Grossman, CEO of Active Storage, “Having an iPhone app as part of our suite of tools is a logical extension of our commitment to providing the most innovative, user-friendly RAID storage solutions. For version 1.1 we’ve made some exciting changes to respond directly to customer wants and needs.”
The highlights of the Active Viewer 1.1 include improved connectivity, revised application launch sequence, and easy to access information screen with integrated contact information. It also brings along other attributes such as support for Contact Options and ability to call, email or contact the Support Forum in case of component failure.
