Asus Zenfone C tries its luck in India’s low budget phone market

The Asus Zenfone C smartphone which went official a few weeks ago in Malaysia, has now been introduced in India and it’s retailing for a very affordable price tag of Rs 5999. The phone is like most other releases from the company, exclusively available through Flipkart online and is already on sale.

Apart from the Taiwanese company, many other OEMs are rushing to bring their new devices to India, especially the low-cost options. We’ve recently seen the Lumia 435 from Microsoft go on sale and its larger Lumia 532 sibling is expected to arrive in the coming days. The Asus Zenfone C is basically a refresher in the Zenfone 4 series which has earned itself a lot of popularity.
