The blog states that customers who are facing issues related to the Wi-Fi connectivity of the tablet can place a call to the company’s support hotline number. Those who purchased the Asus slate in the UK and have not been happy with the performance of the GPS module, are allowed to return it to the point of purchase and receive a full refund according to the standard consumer rights of the country.
According to the company, buyers who want to keep the tablets would be offered an extension to the standard Asus warranty from 12 to 18 months. For availing the extended warranty, users can also contact the support hotline. This statement issued by the company on its blog also includes information about the recently disclosed Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF700 which is scheduled to be available in the UK only by June.
