Archos Titanium series price set for US, UK and Europe

The Archos Titanium series price has been spelled out for the UK, the US and Europe and we’ve also noticed that the company has experimented with four varying screen sizes here. Details revolving around the 97 HD came out way back in December last year, but it is now that we have been told about the others in the portfolio namely, the 70, the 80 and the 101.

Every tablet in the Archos Titanium line-up will be rocking Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, which means users can rely on a smooth interface and the Google Play store to gain access to over 700,000 apps and games. Not only this, they will also be able to choose from an array of option in tools through the company’s Media Center hub.

Even though they differ in panel sizes, all the slabs will employ the same technology. Each one flashes a capacitive multi-touch IPS display and rolls out high definition visuals. The 70 is 7 inches and a tough contender against the Kindle, while the 8-inch 80 aims to compete with the Apple iPad mini. The screen of the 101 stretches as much as 10.1 inches diagonally and that of the 97 HD stands to be 9.7 inches with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution.

As of now, we know that there is a 5MP rear-facing camera, and a 2MP front-facing webcam stuck onto the front panel of the 9.7-inch device. With respect to the others, the manufacturer only lets out that they will be capable of dispensing images and videos in 1080p. The sleek aluminum chassis of each one will conceal a dual core processor clocked at 1.6GHz that tags along a quad core GPU.
