Angry Birds Lite Beta gushes onto Android platform

Angry Birds Lite Beta

Twice landed and hoping that it does not ruin its third landing due to the well known rage issues, Angry Birds is making news again. Previously, the Angry Birds game arrived on the App Store as well as webOS and now it’s moving onto the Android platform with Angry Birds Lite Beta.

The Rovio Mobile blog announced yesterday that Angry Birds Lite Beta is finally going to attack the Android OS, come this Friday. Initially the developers had the beta scheduled to be a closed one, but due to the massive response they have decided to release Angry Birds Lite beta for everybody. This beta will work with all second generation or higher Android handsets.

However, gaming aficionados need to keep in mind that Rovio does not guarantee that it will work perfectly on all Android handsets. All the same the developers have asked all users to give their direct feedback or report bugs through the bug button available on the main menu of this game. The team seem to be aiming for ‘best game ever released on Android’ with this release and are anticipating the beta feedback to be quite helpful to further augment their offering.

Friday’s the D-day for those wishing to lay hands on the Angry Birds Lite Beta for Android.
