Amazon.com has released its new shopping application called Amazon App for BlackBerry that allows users to easily buy products on the go. This application will work with any BlackBerry smartphone that features a trackball such as BlackBerry Bold and Blackberry Curve 8900.
With this new application, users can view online retailer’s site in an optimized format as well as browse and purchase products with one click. It lets you view customer reviews, track packages and access their wish lists.
You can snap pictures of the products with your BlackBerry smartphone and they are automatically uploaded on Amazon.com. The application will try and find products similar to the ones in the photos. It eventually sends the matched results to customers so that they can either purchase the product or remember it for later in their Amazon account.
The Amazon App for BlackBerry also enables customers to access their Amazon.com accounts and other favorite shopping features. Using Amazon’s one click ordering and Amazon Prime feature you can purchase items and also receive personalized recommendations. You can modify orders using your Amazon account and get the Gold Box Deal of the Day.
