Users wishing for a full toned body but can’t help themselves from eating junk food can now get a perfect coach. Adidas unveils the miCoach application for iPhone and BlackBerry devices. This application will work as a personal and real-time explicit training system for fitness enthusiasts.

By utilizing the GPS capabilities, users can enjoy real-time pace-based coaching and destination tracking easily. This application enable sports freaks to convert their smartphones into a personal guide which features triggered voice coaching, personalized and sports-specific training regimes, workout calendar and workout feedback. This application further monitors, manages and analyses development of users over time.

The application wirelessly synchronizes with micoach.com to safeguard all the data online. It also regularly updates the coaching contents as per the needs of users’ training. With shoe tracking and alerts, athletes can get perfect guidance for avoiding injuries. The application also provides indoor coaching which can be utilized in the gym. Other than English, this tool supports multiple languages as well.

It is released to celebrate coaching and pre-season conditioning program for some of the world’s best athletes which includes Andy Murray, Reggie Bush, Derek Rose and Jessica Ennis. Besides, the application can be synced with Adidas’s miCoach Pacer, miCoach Zone, miCoach Heart Rate Monitor and miCoach Stride Sensor as well.
