Pong outs radiation reduction iPhone case

Pong iPhone Case

We have seen several iPhone cases that shield the Apple devices from spillage, drops and day-to-day knocks and bumps. Pong recently introduced an iPhone case that is cut above the rest. The company claims that it is the first scientifically-proven radiation reduction case.

According to Ubergizmo, the case apparently reduces any form of mobile phone radiation from the antenna, owing to its tight silicone skin. It seems that the skin employs a proprietary technology module that is specially aligned with the handset’s antenna and draws all radiation energy away from the user’s head. Reportedly, the case does not harm signal strength, battery life or functionality of the handset.

The tests conducted by the Federal Communications Commission reveal that the radiation levels have decreased up to 60 percent and the hotspot cell phone radiation is declined by 85 percent. The iPhone case does not hamper any of the functionalities or controls of the device and provides easy accessibility.

The Pong iPhone case comes with a price tag of $59.95 and is made available for the iPhone 3G and the iPhone 3GS. The company is planning to introduce the shielding case for the Blackberry and other mobile phones by the end of this year.
