Nokia announced the Nokia N86, the latest addition to the Nokia N-series range of mobile phones. The phone boasts of impressive camera features that will take a user’s mobile phone camera experience to a new level. The N86 phone should specifically excite users who enjoy photography.

The Nokia N86 phone features an 8 megapixel camera and is optimized to capture still images as well as videos. The phone is quite suitable for new users and is packed with great camera features to impress the ones who love photography. The camera features included in the phone are shorter latencies and variable aperture for super sharp photos in challenging bright and low light conditions, wide-angle Carl Zeiss Tessar lens, fast mechanical shutter and dual LED flash.

The high speed internet connectivity of the phone will allow users to easily share images and videos. The phone offers an internal memory of 8GB that can be expanded further upto 16GB. The Nokia N86 phone sports a bright OLED 2.6 inch display screen which is scratch resistant.

Based on Symbian S60 platform, the phone also includes latest versions of Nokia Maps and full Ovi integration. Other features wrapped with the device are support for Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi connectivity, TV-out function, secondary video call camera and a 3.5mm headset jack.

The Nokia N86 phone is expected to arrive in Q2 of 2009 at an estimated price of EUR 375.
