This service can be accessed from the zzzphone web site itself which is currently in beta stage. The US-based Zzzphone company uses unlocked, tri-band mobile phones which are assembled in China. However, the service claims to offer “features that exceed those offered on the ultra-popular Nokia N95 and Apple iPhone, at less than half the price.”
Those interested will have to choose a base model and a custom color for the phone and its case which could also be embossed with a personal message. Usually customers tend to opt for a 3.0 QVGA extra-large touch screen panels and dual SIM card slots.
The next step involves the choice to add additional features like GPS navigation, a second front-facing camera and even a flashlight. Upgrades include 4GB memory, stereo quality speakers and perhaps even a 7 mega pixel camera with a high-quality processor.
Customers will also be able to choose from a range of accessories including Bluetooth headsets and handsfree car kits.
zzzPhone also offers its customization services to organizations who wish to brand their own phones and fit it with custom software and hardware.
