Let’s take a quick look at the Xolo Play tablet’s specifications and features. As it makes the most of the Tegra Note platform from Nvidia, you can expect the device to be deployed with the DirectStylus support. It offers a multi-touch area of 7 inches and the IPS LCD capacitive display is capable of rendering visuals in 1200 x 800p resolution.

Apart from gaming, you can carry out a number of other tasks on the device and as it is powered by the Android Jelly Bean 4.2 OS, you have the option of installing various applications via the Google Play store. The slate’s 2MP webcam comes in handy for video conferencing, while a 5MP primary camera should be apt for capturing decent quality videos and images.

And what’s more, a quad core 1.8GHz Tegra 4 processor rests under the hood to facilitate multitasking and gaming and its fifth battery saver core ensures longer usage life. A 72-core Nvidia GeForce is also present within it along with 1GB of RAM and 16GB onboard memory which is expandable by up to 32GB.

The Xolo Play Tegra Note tablet is now up for pre-order at Flipkart, Infibeam and Saholic.
