WeChat has introduced some new games along with the new 5.1 version of the application under ‘WeChat Games’ and the instant messaging application has also entered into collaboration with AskMe Search. As of now, the app boasts of 4 titles namely, GunZ Dash, 2Day’s Match, Craz3 Match and Pencil Pilot.
Interested users will be able to discover these games on the application itself and as soon as people find them, they will be redirected to their respective pages on app stores such as iTunes or Google Play. It makes gaming a social experience as subscribers are given the option of not only playing, but also posting their achievements on the application, boasting of their scores to friends and even inviting fellow subscribers to play with them.
As for the partnership, AskMe has created an official account on WeChat, thus giving people an easy way of connecting with it in order to carry out various searches. It will let you launch a location-based search by simply texting via the WeChat account. The company wishes to have a deeper engagement with its users via the popular instant messaging service.
Information regarding local SMEs, classifieds and deals will be available through AskMe for WeChat subscribers. And if that’s not enough, it is even possible for people to post their ads via voice in addition to web or mobile. Along with details about restaurants and deals, these advertisements will also be visible to the customers on this app.
WeChat Games as well as the AskMe Official Account have already been launched for the application.
