When we talk about the mobile security it means complete security from the viruses, spy ware and other forms of malware. The mobile phone is been used by almost every one today. Hackers have been experimenting with malicious code targeting the mobile phones, so there is a need for some serious thought on the mobile virus front. And with these thoughts, the SMobile system has created the first antivirus software-VirusGuard for the Android-powered G1 devices.

The user’s store in some personal data like the personal contact numbers, credit card numbers, sends some data over the internet and many other things which the user would like it to get full security. The SMobile system has let out its first antivirus software with the aim of protecting the mobile phone from unwanted and dangerous viruses that ruin the mobile phones. These viruses can track the location of the mobile, get into your personal data and can even delete data and steal your personal and important data.

The viruses are so dangerous these days that it can remotely and silently turn on the phone and hear some of your conversations and can be used in a wrong way by the hacker. The new VirusGuard for Android will give users the privilege to scan their mobile phones and memory cards. The guard will detect new viruses, Trojans and worms and also update you with new versions of anti-viruses.

“Android’s open source architecture is fantastic because it allows anyone to develop new applications for the phones running on this system,” SMobile president Neil Book said in a statement. “For SMobile, we believe that creating a virus protection solution is necessary to help thwart the potential for malware attacks that are coming and those that exist today.”

SMobile also plans to get the security Shield to offer firewall, antispam and lock wipe and backup for the Android platform. The antivirus software can be purchased from SMobile’s website or at Handango for $4.99. SMobile Company reveals that it will be in the Android markets in the first quarter of 2009.
