Verizon Wireless unveils CDM8975 mobile phone

Verizon Wireless CDM8975 phone Verizon Wireless announced the availability of the new clamshell phone called the Verizon Wireless CDM8975. The mobile phone offers users a faster two way communication so that they can perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

The Verizon Wireless CDM8975 measures 3.7” (h) x 1.9” (w) x 0.8” (d) and weighs 3.2 ounces. The phone sports a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording function. It features Verizon Wireless V Cast Music with Rhapsody through which users can download music from a library consisting more than 5 million songs. The V Cast Video service enables a user to stream and download best videos. With massive 8GB memory storage space, users can store in ample of data and music that will keep them entertained even while on the go.

The CDM8975 phone supports VZ Navigator that allows users to access audible turn-by-turn maps and million of data points. The phone also allows users to access VZ ‘Push to talk’ service and integrates an internal antenna called intenna.

The Web enabled phone packs in various other features such as Bluetooth, voice commands, voice activated dialing, stereo speakers, object push for vCard, customizable wallpaper, multimedia messaging and exciting games.

The Verizon Wireless CDM8975 phone will be available from March 9, 2009 for $99.99 after a $50 mail in rebate and two year service agreement.
