Arriving to spur on Android mobile gaming, the Verizon GameTanium app has been announced. It is primarily a mobile game subscription service that provides unlimited access to a range of interesting apps, at affordable costs.

The tool touts to make over 100 Android smartphone games and more than 50 tablet titles accessible to users for a monthly rental of just $5.99 for each device. The list is inclusive of well known games such as World of Goo, Doodle God and Fruit Ninja amongst others.

“GameTanium provides our Android customers with unlimited access to more than 100 games at a great value. Working with Exent has enabled us to immerse customers into the mobile gaming frontier and ultimately bring high-quality gaming options powered by 4G LTE,” cited Kristi Crum, executive director of marketing, Verizon Wireless.

Discovering new games is expected to be a breeze with the service’s convenient layout and interface. Editorial attributes like good quality images, parental ratings and reviews should provide users with a fair idea of the concerned games even before installation. Besides, the applications do not include advertisements. Well, that should make for an engaging and undisturbed gameplay experience.

The app is now downloadable on more than 30 Android handsets as well as 2 Android tablets. The Motorola Droid Xyboard 8.2, Droid Razr and Droid Incredible 4G LTE are just a few among them. Verizon GameTanium can be availed of via Verizon’s app store. As we said, it’s priced at $5.99 per month and requires a data plan for usage.
