U.S. Cellular offers HTC 7 Pro Windows smartphone

US Cellular HTC 7 Pro Smartphones are getting smarter with each passing day. U.S. Cellular has launched the new HTC 7 Pro Windows smartphone for multi-tasking, multi-media and gaming enthusiasts. The phone is said to be their first foray into Windows 7 platform.

With the Pro’s 3.6 inch tilted touchscreen and slide out QWERTY keyboard, texting, e-mailing and social media updates become quicker and easier.

“We have the phones that our customers want to help simplify their busy lives and have fun too,” mentioned Edward Perez, vice president of sales and marketing operations for U.S. Cellular. “Customers who switch to U.S. Cellular also get new phones faster without having to continuously sign contracts.”

The phone is integrated with digital compass, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 5.0 megapixel camera with flash. The Xbox Live feature allows gamers to enjoy their favorite video games on the phone. Movie and music enthusiasts can tap their feet to the tunes of the built-in FM radio and they can access to NetFlix, Zune and many other apps. It packs in voluminous 16GB internal memory.

The HTC 7 Pro is available at U.S. Cellular for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. Purchase of a data plan is required along with a new two-year agreement and activation fee.
