Making a journey has just got easier! TomTom has just updated its iPhone navigation app (version 1.3) with Google Local Search feature.
With the new version 1.3, users can search real-time and navigate to a location via Google Local Search. TomTom app comes with additional advanced features such as Local Search powered by Google, Music Fading Function, Pinch and Zoom for a more detailed view of the navigation map, and Automatic Day/Night Mode.
The updated version also includes an Add to TomTom feature that saves locations from other iPhone apps and web browsers straight to the TomTom app. The app is enriched with TomTom IQ Routes that calculates the fastest route, and Advanced Land Guidance that shows a user which lane to take for an upcoming exit.
The TomTom Navigation App version 1.3 can now be downloaded for iPhone 3G and 3GS.
