Tata DoCoMo splashes in the new Monsoon Bonanza Contest for its prepaid and postpaid subscribers in India. In this SMS-based contest, subscribers need to simply answer a few questions on varying subjects like General Knowledge, Movies, State Politics and History.
The contest would let consumers take home a weekly cash price of Rs. 10,000, while first, second and third and runner up will win cash prize worth Rs. 25,000, Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000, respectively. Well, the winner of this monsoon contest will drive home the grand prize – a new Maruti Zen Estilo.
“To make the contest more interesting for participants we have localized the content with questions based on General knowledge, movies, State politics and history. Such contests are most popular amongst the youth fraternity and to make the contest more rewarding Tata DoCoMo is giving out exciting cash prices on a weekly basis and also a grand prize of Maruti Zen Estilo” said, NV Subbarao, Regional Head – South East, Tata DoCoMo.
Those who participate in the contest can score 10 points for each correct answer. On giving the correct answer for maximum questions, the participant will be eligible for a lucky draw. The selection of the participant for the grand prize depends on the total points accumulated.
Tata DoCoMo customers can participate in the contest by sending an SMS stating WIN to 57272*. Participants will be charged Rs. 3 per SMS while the contest ends on August 31.
