T-Mobile MDA Basic Phone To Arrive in February 2009

MDA Basic phone T-Mobile has got another reason to be back in the news. The company has revamped its HTC Viva and is now launching Viva as MDA Basic in Germany. It is based on Windows Mobile platform wrapping the high-end technologies and user-friendly features.

The text and numbers appears large and clear on MDA Basic phone’s touchscreen display with 320 x 240 pixels. It is equipped with stylus pen that will make input of text easy. A 2 megapixel camera is sported to capture special images along with video recording capability. MDA phone has a built-in MP3 player so that its users can listen to their favorite songs.

As the MDA Basic phone runs down on Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system, it inherits Microsoft Office suite and features of Microsoft Windows. This will allow users to edit files in various Microsoft formats and will also be able to receive emails with attachments. Wi-Fi and EDGE technology is on board giving users enhanced internet facilities. Web pages are displayed in full size. In addition to this various other features like microSD card slot, media player, Bluetooth and lots more are also packed in the device.

T-Mobile MDA Basic phone will be available from February for Euro 495 or $657with a two year of agreement.
