T-Mobile USA joins forces with LG Mobile Phones to unleash across handset haven its latest offering that claims to bring forth the former’s premier smartphone that incorporates a dual core processor. The companies have suggested a spring release date for the T-Mobile G2x with Google. The latest entrant is integrated with support for G-series devices while boasting of incorporating an Nvidia Tegra 2 mobile processor with dual-core CPU and 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display.

Entertainment enthusiasts can take complete advantage of various pre-loaded applications and games. These include Need for Speed Shift HD, DTS Ultra Mobile, T-Mobile TV, T-Mobile Video Chat powered by Qik, Zinio eReader and a demo version of Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance. The handset further offers high performance for indulging in video and audio while providing low power consumption. There is an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus and flash as well as a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera with integrated T-Mobile Video Chat application powered by Qik. This allows owners to keep in touch with loved ones with ease. Clear video can also be captured with the mobile’s 1080p high-definition video recorder.

“The move into dual core technology is the next big leap forward in mobile technology creating a new superphone segment,” explained Tim O’Brien, vice president of marketing, LG Mobile Phones. “These super-powered processors will allow both developers and users to utilize the unmatched speed and power in multitasking, multimedia and functionality never before realized in a mobile handset.”

With DLNA compatibility, the handset is compatible with HD TV or other DLNA device for streaming HD video content and console-like gaming through the gyro sensor and accelerometer of the G2x. The Android 2.2 device opens over 150,000 applications to users via the Android Market as well as Google services like Voice Actions form Google, Google Goggles, Google Talk, Google Earth, Google Maps with Places and Navigation, Gmail, Google Search and YouTube.

It also offers supports Microsoft Exchange e-mail, calendar and contacts, instant messaging and social networking. Besides infusing the handset with 8GB internal memory, the microSD card slot is able to support up to 32GB. Other features include built-in 3.5mm headphone jack, Stereo Bluetooth 2.1, music player and Adobe Flash Player support.

The T-Mobile G2x with Google is slated to unleash this spring drenched in a Dark Ale hue. Mobile phone aficionados can acquire the device from T-Mobile retail stores or from the carrier’s online website.
