Just a couple of days back, T-Mobile displayed the feature-rich G2, a successor of the coveted G1. This beauty supposedly even went up on Best Buy for pre-order. It seems that those who missed the pre-order date were in fact lucky as RadioShack has just tweeted that the T-Mobile G2 with Google shall grace its stores at a discounted price of $149.99.
“The T-Mobile G2 with Google is coming to @RadioShack. Only with (instant rebate!). Stay tuned for info,” tweeted RadioShack.
It was first offered through Best Buy, where the handset went up for pre-order at a price of $199.99. The pre-orders commenced from Friday, September 10 and came along with a new two-year activation plan. However, on comparing both the retailers’ prices, RadioShack has cut down the price by $50 with an instant rebate.
This beauty is operating on the Android 2.2 and is specifically developed for T-Mobile’s new HSPA+ network. The T-Mobile G2 is expected to be available with RadioShack for $149.99. The handset will be sold along with a 2 year agreement.
