Sony’s 6″ Xperia T2 Ultra phablet available in India for Rs 32,000

Just yesterday we saw the Xperia Z1 Compact go official in India for Rs 36,990 and Sony might soon launch its Xperia T2 Ultra phablet as well. The handset has been spotted at an online retailer where it can be purchased for Rs 32,000, making it quite an expensive pick.

Well, the price provided by online retailer Saholic could be incorrect. This is most likely the case since the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra is yet to make an official appearance in India. Nevertheless, the retailer notes that the phone will ship by February 27 and even EMI options are being provided. The smartphone is a smaller version of the Z Ultra, albeit it doesn’t have a waterproof form factor.

The phone comes with a 13MP rear camera with HDR support and it’s capable of delivering around 24 hours of 3G talktime on a single charge. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and Sony’s custom UI are also onboard.
