Sony Ericsson is pleased to announce its new member that will add up in the Cyber-Shot family, C510 cyber shot phone. It is Sony’s first phone to be wrapped with Smile Shutter technology. The C510 is the company’s most affordable cyber shot phone till date.
The C510 Cyber-Shot phone has a 2.2 inch TFT display screen and is inherited with high-end features and functions. It is bundled with a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus, auto rotation and face detection. The Smile Shutter technology can snap the pictures when someone is smiling. The technology sounds interesting, as now you will not miss capturing images at perfect moments. In addition to this, Sony Ericsson also has a tie-up with Snapfish by HP that allows the users to make print orders directly from their phone.

This phone will enable us to engage new markets and consumers to our Cyber-shot phone experience.”
Sony Ericsson C510 phone supports tri-band and Bluetooth technology. You can also upload and view YouTube videos and also features a media player so that you can enjoy music on your device. The phone makes traveling easy as it is been pre-installed with Google maps. C510 phone comes packed in with a 100 MB memory and can be increased via microSD card slot. The battery is estimated to provide talk time up to 4 hours and standby time up to 350 hours.
The fantastic C510 cyber shot phone is expected to hit the shelves in Q1 2009. The pricing details are not yet revealed but it will surely be an affordable one.
