We last penned down an article about Scosche when it rolled out stylish Verizon iPhone 4 cases. The company has now slid the covers off its goBat II dual USB battery backup and charger.
The goBat II comes equipped with a LED battery level indicator which alerts mobile buffs about the entire charging process. The microUSB cable enables owners to recharge the battery with utmost ease and comfort. The newly unleashed USB battery backup and charger works with Scosche’s free reVIVE charging app without any hindrance.
“The vast majority of our customers that own a tablet, also own a mobile phone that can be charged via a USB connection. It only made sense for us to design a battery backup that could meet the demands of both types of mobile devices, eliminating the need to carry two chargers or battery back-ups,” quoted Kas Alves, Executive Vice President of Scosche Industries.
In addition, owners can benefit from the 5 watt port which helps them charge other USB powered units such as the iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry and Android devices concurrently. The newly unleashed gizmo combines a 5000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery with dual USB outputs including a 10 watt port to seamlessly fulfill power requirements for various tablets and a 5 watt port for other devices.
