We must say T-Mobile is getting hold of some of the best in the breed. The latest phone to deck T-Mobile’s hall of glory is a 5 megapixel camera phone, the Samsung T919 for now dubbed as Behold.
Other than housing a five megapixel camera, the Samsung T919 should comprise of some great high-end functions. They include a 3G access over T-Mobile’s native 1,700MHz band with voice command and a microSDHC storage slot for additional memory supposedly up to 16GB. Rumour mills also reveal the touch screen interface to come packed with an integrated MyFaves in to the front-end menu along with gallery-style photo browsing.
The browsing capabilities of the phone actually appear to be a motion-sensitive app. There’s also Samsung’s TouchWiz interface along with top-class widgets for quick access to information signature to almost the entire set of touch screen phones recently launched.
The Samsung T919 is expected to hit stores around November 10th, 2008. Though what we think is really attractive about the handset is the price tag of about $149. If true, this will be one affordable touch screen phone.
