Samsung Mesmerize When a single handset manufacturer manages to Fascinate, Captivate and Mesmerize users with its offerings which is rather astonishing. Samsung and U.S Cellular have now introduced Samsnung Mesmerize, the latest Galaxy S series addition. This phone is the third Android smartphone being released by the carrier, with two more gearing up on the sidelines, namely the LG Apex and LG Optimus to be out by November and December, respectively.

The Mesmerize is pre-installed with U.S. Cellular apps like My Contacts Backup, Tone Room Deluxe, CityID and Your Navigator Deluxe. Furthermore, handset owners can upgrade their device to use the Android 2.2 platform and Samsung’s Media Hub. Featuring a virtual QWERTY keyboard with Swype technology, typing messages and mails is easy and quick. It bundles up features like a six-axis motion sensor, a 5MP camera capable of recording videos in HD, Samsung’s Social Hub, MP3 player, WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0.

Fitted with a 3.5mm headphone jack, music aficionados can have a blast and load up on countless songs with its expandable memory up to 32GB. The Samsung Mesmerize carries a price tag of $199 after an $80 mail-in rebate. It hits all the U.S. Cellular locations and the official website by October 27, 2010. Users can opt for the Premium Plus Belief Plan.
