After the Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, another smartphone from the company, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, is all set to arrive in a white avatar. Tech enthusiasts can pick up this frosty feast when it releases shortly through Clove. Launched in black some time ago, the mobile device was reportedly the first one to run on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.

For those who need a recap of the different features that this Google smartphone possesses, it lets users enjoy various functions through the embedded 4.65-inch 1280 x 720p HD Super AMOLED touchscreen display. The handset comes equipped with a 1.3MP front facing snapper and a 5MP rear facing camera featuring LED flash, auto focus and 1080p full HD video recording capabilities.

Powered by a 1.2GHz dual core application processor, it’s mobile hotspot capabilities let it hook up other Wi-Fi enabled devices as well. As far as memory options go, the phone provides users with 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The mobile device boasts of the Face Unlock feature which eliminates the need to set a password as the owner’s face itself serves as one. Another interesting functionality is Android Beam that facilitates easy sharing of videos, web pages, contacts, apps, and such other content through NFC technology.

The white version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is scheduled to start shipping from February 6 and will be available for the same price as its black counterpart. Interested parties can pick it up from Clove.co.uk for a price of £498, inclusive of VAT.
